With a background spanning sales operations, organizational leadership, and process design, Michelle has spent her career developing and implementing strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality. She has held leadership roles across recruiting operations, served on the Board of Directors for NALTO (National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations) for nearly six years, and was recognized as an SIA Top 40 Under 40.
At Leap, Michelle consults with organizations on operations, technology, and process improvement, helping teams build systems that scale while fostering cultures of collaboration, learning, and growth.
